Right, then. This latest job begs the question of whether or not a building can be haunted before it's actually finished being built. Some of the more superstitious members of the crew are convinced, and I've heard some weird things myself, but Doc's still holding on passing judgement. Not that he's used to dealing with ghosts so I don't think an exorcism is going to be possible. Pity the family moving here if the place is all poltergeisty.

There is only one thing I can think to say in response to this: what the fuck? Feeling sort of empty here, people, and that's awkward as hell.

It's official: this fucking job is going to be the death of me. The maniac footing the bill just doesn't get the fact that you can't have a one-hundred-fifty-foot stable built in a week.

Spending the entire afternoon in the emergency room of the hospital isn't my idea of the perfect day off. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.

I've thrown out my back and, for once, Alex, you are not the cause.
Goddamn beams.

Gotham is officially the most cracktastic place on earth. Any city that can give Doc the creeps certainly earns that title. Alex, when are we going back?

So my back didn't give out on me, but this hangover is keepin' me couchbound anyway. Sorry, Alex.

I was working all day Wednesday, so I didn't have time to get plastered in the traditional St. Patrick's Day fashion, but I'm more than making up for it now. Just thought I'd make a note of that while I can still type.

Fuck it. Some buildings just weren't meant to be sky-high. Now if only the guy paying the damn commission would get a clue.

Hey, Alex. Is that invite to hop over your way still valid? Now that the MTNs are up again, I feel like checking out this Texas nightlife you've told me so much about.

The least fun thing in the world to wake up to while you're nursing the hangover of the fucking century? Dutch grumbling. I'm starting to remember why I never got that into drinking in the first place.

So was anyone else out there aware that there's a Dracula sequel out there? As in an official one. Penned by Stoker's great-grandnephew, no less? Just got my hands on it the other day and, lemme tell you, it's interesting to know that Doc was apparently a suspect during the Jack the Ripper shit. Not to mention Harker's a boozehound and Seward's a druggie. Insanity, thy name is Dracula: the Un-Dead.

I feel like going out and getting drunk. Doc disagrees, but I think a night out is just what I need. Anyone wanna join me?

Enough insanity going on lately, people? Almost made me hesitate about coming out of the woodwork. But the guy in my head couldn't keep quiet any longer, especially considering all the supernatural element of what's been going on. So, here it goes.
Name's Deacon Cartwright. Guy in my head goes by the name of Van Helsing. Yes, that Van Helsing, if there was any question. Some of you might know me, as I've actually been around the community for most of my life, just silent on the boards.
So, if I know you, speak up. If I don't, well, go ahead and speak up anyway if you want to change that.
